The following Delivery Policy applies exclusively to purchases made via the ScentSavvy Vault website. This policy is designed to ensure the accurate and secure delivery of all purchases according to your specific needs. Delivery Times

  • Processing Time: 2 days
  • Delivery Time: 2 to 7 days

Delivery (2 to 7 working days) is subject to stock availability, restricted to main centers, and applies only to identified items. Orders placed on Fridays will be processed the following Monday.

For items out of stock in a mixed basket, we'll ship available items first and the rest upon restocking. If the remainder isn't shipped within 30 days, an automatic refund will be issued.

We exclusively deliver products to physical addresses within the borders of the Republic of South Africa unless otherwise specified or agreed upon.

Standard Deliveries will be completed within 2 to 7 business days upon order acceptance. Upon order confirmation, a unique order number will be emailed to you for tracking.

We reserve the right to contact customers for alternative delivery methods and timelines for remote delivery addresses or cancel orders if delivery is unfeasible.

Before finalizing your order, in the "Notes" field, you may specify whether the delivery should only be made to you or designate an alternative authorized person to receive it on your behalf. Proof of identification will be required upon delivery.

To ensure your purchase's safety, the carrier will only deliver to the specified address and to you or an authorized recipient listed in the order notes.

The courier may request proof of identity from the recipient indicated in the "notes" field during delivery.

Upon delivery, the recipient will be asked by the courier to sign the waybill, confirming receipt of the undamaged parcel.

Proof of ID may be requested to authenticate the purchaser.

In the rare event of parcel/carton damage or a broken security seal, the recipient must inspect the parcel in the presence of the driver. Any breakages, damages, or missing items must be indicated on the courier's waybill by both parties' co-signing.

ScentSavvy Vault reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, and terminate accounts at the company's discretion.
